Upon arrival in Portland International Airport (PDX), please proceed to the lower-level baggage claim and exit the terminal. Cross the street to ISLAND 3, where your chauffeur will be waiting for you.
We continuously monitor flight statuses, so there's no need to worry. We'll adjust your pickup time based on the latest flight information.
Yes, pets are welcome in our vehicles. However, they must be secured during the ride.
One hour before your scheduled pick-up, your chauffeur will text you their details, including their full name, phone number, and the type of car they are driving.
Our chauffeurs undergo a rigorous two-week training program and are required to have at least two years of driving experience with another company. This ensures that they meet our high standards for safety and service.
To make changes to your booking: Reply back to your confirmation email, or call our customer service at (503) 462-8270. We do not charge extra for booking modifications.
We do not charge for stops less than a mile from the route. For longer stops, there is a $10 fee.
The waiting time fee is $1.25 per minute, ensuring that any delays are handled fairly.
We process the payment 24 hours before your scheduled service to ensure everything is set for your journey.
We offer a Meet & Greet service for an additional $50. This service includes personal reception at the airport and assistance with your luggage.
International flights: 60 minutes of free waiting time. Domestic flights: 45 minutes of free waiting time.
We provide baby car seats for an additional $10 charge. Available types include toddler, booster, and infant seats.

I was so pleased with my first time use of Atlas Service. My driver was 5 min early and texted me his arrival. This gave me the right amount of time to round up my luggage and leave my house at the exact perfect time for my arrival at airport. He was friendly and good humored and helpful carrying my extra bag to his car. And the car was clean annd comfortable. I felt very secure and was impressed with his driving . And he made sure I was buckled up before we left my home. I will definitely rely on Atlas service for my transportation needs. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Atlas!! The driver Rawa was early and communicated precisely where he was waiting for me. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. The driver was very friendly and helped me with luggage at pick up and drop off. I was grateful for the bottled water that was offered too. I'd definitely use Atlas again!
