Additional charges may apply for waiting time after arriving flights. There is no extra charge for the first 1 hour after a flight lands. After the first hour, there is a $1.00 charge for every minute of waiting time. Please call the office if you can't find your driver. If contact is not made to our office within 1 hour after the flight lands a no-show fee of the full rate will apply. To avoid a NO SHOW fee please do not leave the airport before calling the office for assistance 503-462-8270.
Includes all airport transportation, Flat Rates and Point to Point transfers. Extra stops are a minimum charge of $15.00 Depending on mileage, time and vehicle. Non Airport transfers will be no charge for waiting time if you meet the driver within the first 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, waiting time will be charged starting from the scheduled pickup time at $1.00 per minute.
Additional charges may apply for certain services or circumstances related to ground transportation. "Please note that extra charges may apply for airport transfers, late-night pickups, or additional stops during your journey, weather delay, etc."
Atlas Shuttle of Portland shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by, but not limited to, acts of nature, incorrect pickup or drop off information, or any situation out of our control (such as bad weather, accident or vehicle malfunctions). We will do our best to be in communication if any of these situations occur.
All passengers agree to act in an appropriate manner and shall not put any guest, driver, vehicle, or any other person or property in risk of damage, danger, or illegal situation. Client and renter are responsible for his/her guest and for any and all damage to the interior, exterior or equipment on the vehicle. This includes vomit, Cleaning, repair, and replacement of items shall have a minimum charge of $195.00. Atlas Shuttle of Portland reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate our obligation in the event of a breach of contract of any of these conditions by any passenger. In the event of early ride termination, no portion of the rental fee shall be refunded. We will charge the card on file for damages after a thorough investigation and determination of all charges involved. Cleaning and detailing the car will be done by us.
We do not take responsibility for items left in the vehicle during or after the ride. Please contact us at 503-462-8270. If you think you have left something behind, we will do our best to search for your item and coordinate it's return.
Smoking and Alcohol are NOT permitted in any of our vehicles. A sanitation fee of 500.00 will be charged, as well as 100.00 minimum per carpet or seat burn.
All pets need to be in a carrier or minimum charge of $99 will apply for any damage or cleaning and detailing the vehicle. Cleaning and detailing the vehicle will be done by us.
In order to provide the highest level of customer service and maximum availability to all of our clients, we follow the policy below for canceling a reservation. You [client] agree to cancel reservations at least 24 hours prior to your pick up time for point to point, hourly, and airport pickup reservations. For van reservations for 14 passengers or more, we require 5 days notice for canceling reservations. Failure to provide notification in these time frames will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the fare.
